Inci Kaya works within Aite Group’s Health Insurance practice and covers healthcare payments, health IT, evolving market trends, and vendor evaluations and their implications for industry stakeholders. Ms. Kaya brings to Aite Group 10 years of experience in advisory research, strategic market insights, and analysis working with financial services, IT service providers, and healthcare industry clients.

Most recently Ms. Kaya served as the lead in strategic market insights at Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC), where she provided forward-looking market and strategy guidance to multiple business units, addressing digital transformation, internet of things, enterprise service management, automation, analytics, mobility, hybrid and private cloud, and managed storage services.

Prior to that she was a research analyst at Bloomberg BNA’s former subsidiary Kennedy Information, researching the healthcare payer, provider, government, life sciences, and biotech sectors. She began her career as a quantitative analyst at TowerGroup (now part of Gartner) covering key issues at the intersection of financial services and technology, such as consumer-facing technologies; governance, risk, and compliance; sustainable business practices; and automation.

Ms. Kaya is an accomplished speaker for knowledge calls, webinars, and conferences. Her knowledge calls, which provided web training on the cloud marketplace and trends, garnered large audiences from sales professionals, and she was ranked among the top 5% of speakers at a financial services annual conference based on participant survey responses.

Ms. Kaya holds an MBA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and enjoys international travel, cultures, languages, and cuisine. She speaks French, Turkish, and Japanese and lives in Boston with her spouse and two children.
