Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Silitschanu was a Senior European Analyst with Cerulli Associates, and served as the Editor of The Cerulli Edge - Global Edition. He also conducted international research for client assignments and proprietary reports.

He also provided analysis of the financial impacts resulting from clients' decisions related to various corporate actions, and advised clients on legal and regulatory restrictions imposed by local and foreign agencies. Before joining Brown Brothers Harriman, Mr. Silitschanu worked at State Street in Boston.

Mr. Silitschanu earned his MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and his BS in Finance from Boston University. He has studied in Lausanne, Nuremberg, Paris, and Strasbourg through Babson's intensive course programs and has won awards for his photographic work in Paris. He is fluent in several languages including English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish; and conversational in several others.
