Kate Monahan is an analyst at Aite Group, LLC, specializing in retail banking issues focused on branch, ATM, customer relationship technologies, and retail lending technologies.

Before joining Aite Group, Ms. Monahan was a senior research associate for the banking practice at TowerGroup. During her tenure at TowerGroup, she worked in various client-facing research roles involving topics related to consumer lending and retail banking delivery channels. Prior to developing a focus on consumer banking research, Ms. Monahan focused attention on wholesale banking and payments topics. Most recently, Ms. Monahan's research for TowerGroup focused on consumer lending technologies, business process outsourcing, leads management systems, enterprise incentive management and online banking authentication.
