Clark Troy is a senior analyst at Aite Group, LLC, specializing in life insurance. Mr. Troy brings a particular focus to the business-to-business aspects of the life insurance industry, including reinsurance, corporate-owned life insurance, and other institutional products and technology offerings.

Prior to joining Aite Group, Mr. Troy was a senior consultant with Satori Consulting, where he served as program manager for a major information security initiative for the fixed income technology group of a major investment bank. Before joining Satori he was a senior consultant with Princeton Consultants, where he worked with a number of life insurers, including The Hartford, RGA Reinsurance, AXA Financial, Prudential, and Ameritas/UNIFI. He helped these firms on such diverse projects as balanced scorecards and key performance indicators for non-revenue producing functions, IT supply-demand management, development of a fully browser-based platforms for the administration of deferred compensation plans, business continuity planning, and a business case for new data feeds through the NSCC/IPS platform. Mr. Troy also spearheaded Princeton's development of a hedge fund practice, where he and his teams helped funds perform enterprise process reengineer and migrate from spreadsheet-based environments to state of the art browser-based, SOA and enterprise data warehouse platforms.

Mr. Troy holds a Ph.D. in Russian Literature from Columbia University and a B.A. in Russian Studies from Yale University. He is fluent in Russian and conversant in Spanish, French, German, Serbo-Croatian, and Slovene.
